About Study Course
Objective
To provide postgraduate theoretical and practical acquirement and improvement of skills to qualify doctors to be practitioners in general surgery according to requirements of regulation, corresponding to the normative documentation of the Latvian Republic.

1.• Ultasonogrāfiskās investigation data interpretation nephrological pathology in the differential diagnosis (20 patients evaluated results of the investigation) • Knowledge of renal parenchymal disease

• Theoretical knowledge of acute conditions and the pathologies caused nephrology clinic, their etiology, pathogenesis, symptoms, diagnosis, differential diagnosis.
• Theoretical knowledge of chronic kidney disease, the etiology, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, surgical and conservative treatment indications and technique.
• Nephrology clinic used diagnostic methods, instrumentation and hardware.
theoretical training - workshops:
• Chronic kidney disease, the stage. Diagnostics, differential. Renal function assessment methods
• Glomerulopātijas- reasons, classification and differential -diagnostika, tactics, potential treatments
• Initiation of Dialysis methods in patients with chronic kidney disease, the choice of method - diagnosis and differential diagnosis
• Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis complications, their evaluation and treatment
• Urinary tract infection, diagnosis, modern beliefs.
