About Study Course
Objective
The aim of the course is to learn modern forms of movement—mindful and somatic movement, dance, yoga, and outdoor activities—as a means of promoting personal psycho-emotional well-being.
Preliminary Knowledge
Specific knowledge of psychology is not necessary. The study course requires academic skills—the ability to navigate scientific literature, gather information, construct arguments, and time management abilities.

1.Describes mindful and somatic movement practices, dance, yoga and outdoor activity types that promotes psychological well-being.
2.Describes the effects of mindful and somatic movement, dance, yoga and outdoor activities on psychoemotional wellbeing.

Individual work - a report on a chosen topic related to the impact of contemporary movement on well-being. The student draws sound conclusions about the effects of a chosen type of movement on indicators of well-being. These conclusions are based on scientific literature, factual analysis, and the student's personal reflections. Grading criteria:

Development and presentation of an individual movement program during the practical seminar. Throughout the course, students collect and analyse data, which forms the basis of the introductory section of the program. Based on the collected data, each student develops an individual movement program for personal well-being and sets an individual well-being goal to be achieved through the implementation of the program. During the practical seminar, students present and justify their movement program and demonstrate one of the movements. Grading criteria:
