About Study Course
Objective
The pedagogical preparation of students in athletic training: enhancing practical pedagogical and technical skills among students, improving knowledge and understanding of a healthy lifestyle through athletic training methods, applying additional load, utilizing and adapting various training methods and tools in the development of athletic preparation for different target groups and organizational forms.
Preliminary Knowledge
Application for the elective course in accordance with the requirements, no prior specialized knowledge is necessary.

1.Able to analyse the field, target audience, using additional means in athletic preparation of training processes as free weights, trainers, resistance rubbers.
Oral examination on all the topics covered in the course.
