About Study Course

Objective

To promote the development of students' professional competence in the organization and management of swimming teaching and learning, taking into account the individual capabilities of the students and their compliance with the achievable learning outcome, as well as to enable students to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in swimming. To promote the acquisition of knowledge and skills on compiling special therapeutic exercise programs in water according to age and physical conditions, determining the level of functional abilities, accuracy of exercise performance, and compensation mechanism. To provide an opportunity to learn about body release techniques in water, types of relaxed swimming, and economical breathing during swimming.

Preliminary Knowledge

Prerequisites based on theoretical and practical knowledge in sports theory, anatomy, dynamic anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. Ability to swim.

1.Methodically properly organise swimming teaching classes for people of different contingent, ages and preparedness.
