About Study Course
Objective
To provide theoretical knowledge acquisition in the field of peripheral blood stem cell transplantation.
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.Lists PBSCT indications. PBSCT in case of HL. PBSCT in case of NHL, uses different methods for peripheral blood stem cells apheresis, recognises early and late complications, uses of knowledge about allogenec and autologous peripheral stem cell transplantation.
Skills
1.Uses cytapheresis of stem cells, treatment tactics of febrile neutropenias, recognises opportunistic infections in immunocompromised patients, prescribes and monitors treatment.
Competences
1.Uses theoretical knowledge about cells apheresis, complications in the post-transplantation period, generates and realises treatment plans.
