1.Able to demonstrate comprehensive and specialised work-related knowledge and understanding of human resource management processes in the State Police.
Skills
1.Students can apply their knowledge in human resource management; able to prepare a written report on the topic related to human resource management, analyse data and provide constructive solutions to the problem and present it.
Competences
1.Able to characterise and analyse practical issues related to human resource management processes, as well as to select and use information at work.
