About Study Course

Objective

To provide students with general knowledge of the concept and objectives of fitness, the relationship between the field of fitness and other disciplines; introduce more relevant terms used in fitness in Latvian and English. To enable students to familiarise themselves with the types of different fitness classes and their effects on the body in practice.
