About Study Course

Objective

To be able to use interdisciplinary, methodological and problem-solving skills independently to select training/training methods, means, resources appropriate to the training objectives, tasks and achievable training outcomes according to the person’s abilities, performance, age and individual development opportunities over a specific cycle appropriate to the person’s needs.

Preliminary Knowledge

Human functioning part 1, geriatric and sports physiology, general and developmental psychology, teaching and learning, health pedagogy, comprehensive physical preparation in sport.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.Outline and understand the standard of profession of “sports coach” qualification (PKL 5).

2.To identify the structure of the federation of the chosen sport, laws and regulations, basic principles of operation.

Development of a competition/event regulation.

3.Set out the legal justification for the organisations/societies/foundations/government/municipal bodies of the chosen sport.

4.Outline the competition rules for the selected sport, be able to structure administrative apparatus at different levels and explain the basic tasks of referees.
