About Study Course

Objective

To develop knowledge and skills about the work of a classroom educator on the basis of the objectives, tasks and different didactic approaches included in the standard of primary education and general secondary education, their implementation during classroom hours. Acquired knowledge, skills to be applied in pedagogical placements to perform the functions of a classroom educator in hours and extra-curricular classes.

Preliminary Knowledge

In the study direction “Education and pedagogy”, acquisition of the subjects of the 1-2th year of study.

Develop and present/manage a class lesson for the group on the subject and class determined by the lecturer. Presentation time (20 min). Include theoretical material for the topic, plan the practice, worksheets, and feedback. Evaluation criteria in E-studies.

Project plan

According to the material given in the lecture, collect information, develop and present a draft weekly plan for a primary school class determined by the lecturer, bruising two areas of learning. Specify: objectives, results to be achieved, weekly project plan, methods, allocation of responsibilities, required inventory/equipment, financing. Specify references from each subject standard included in the project (Cabinet Regulation No. 747, Regulations regarding the State Standard for basic Education and Model subjects of basic Education.). Presentation time -15 min. Evaluation criteria in E-studies.

Dynamic pause

Develop a dynamic pause for students of a certain age, direct it to a group. Justify selection, order of exercise, and intercourse link to other fields of learning in a particular class. Evaluation criteria in E-studies.

The exam consists of 3 questions to be answered in free form. The questions cover topics about the work duties of the classroom educator, documentation, working in classroom classes and conducting the classroom, working with students’ parents, as well as project week planning, interinstitutional connection, methods of working with students. Students who have successfully completed all independent work have been admitted to the examination.
