About Study Course

Objective

To acquire knowledge, skills and competences to perform quantitative and qualitative sociological research.

Preliminary Knowledge

Knowledge of social subjects at the level of upper secondary school.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.On successful course completion students understand, define and explain the basic principles of the sociological research methods.

Skills

1.Students know how to use the sociological research methods in real sociological investigations and research.

Competences

1.Students are able to employ the most appropriate and most effective sociological research methods for the research of social problems and in the analysis and interpretation of research data.
