About Study Course

Objective

To promote students' understanding of possible methods and practices in evaluating and increasing the efficiency and productivity of their work, both in their current role as students and in future professions. At the end of the course, students are able to recognize and use planning methods.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.Able to evaluate and characterize concepts and methods of productivity and efficiency; Able to describe and distinguish different work planning methods; Able to identify and characterize the signs of professional burnout.

Skills

1.Able to apply methods and tools for defining and measuring goals and tasks; Able to design evaluation systems for each aspect; Able to effectively define goals through learned strategies; Able to plan your time and resources more effectively.

Competences

1.Able to manage your time and work more effectively in various projects and professions; Able to apply productivity methods and tools in practice; Able to determine more precisely his future career plans and goals; Able to independently find and navigate additional information on the topic, understanding basic concepts.

Independent work: Compulsory and additional literature studies, execution of routine tests (summaries, seminar papers), preparation for classes, practical seminars, final exam, etc. types of work, according to the description and content of the study course. In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal.
