About Study Course

Objective

Prepare ophthalmologists who will be able to examine and treat patients with vitreoretinal diseases.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.To know indication for vitreoretinal surgery. To know examination methods for vitreoretinal patient before and after the surgery.

Skills

1.1. Evaluate patients for vitreoretinal surgery according to data of an ultrasound examination, and indirect ophthalmoscopy 2. To make 5 fundus pictures 3. To assist in 20 vitreoretinal surgeries 4. To assist in 3 intravitreal injections 5. To make 3 muscle putting on the sutures during retinal detachment surgeries 6. Perform 3 extraocular surgeries for retinal detachment
