Take notes of fitness exercises, exercise sets independently. A set-off shall be granted if: the exercise record is terminologically correct – professional terminology in Latvian and English has been used. The exercises are structured in a logical order – the structure of the lesson or the organisation of the exercise set is observed. The description of exercises is methodically accurate – clearly stated movement performance and key movement elements. The principles of safety and load dosing have been observed – exercises have been selected in accordance with the principles of exercise. The work is complete and meets the requirements of the task – the specified number of exercises or set of exercises are included. Allocation of a set-off assessment characterisation of a set-off work fulfils all the criteria for assessment non-set work does not meet one or more criteria |

A set-off shall be granted if: the lesson plan is structured : the basic structure of the lesson (warm-up, main part, final part) has been observed. The choice of exercise is methodically justified – exercise meets the purpose of the class and the principles of exercise. The principles of safety and load dosing are respected – the order and intensity of exercise is logically organised. Professional terminology is used – exercises are described correctly using fitness terminology. The work is complete and meets the requirements of the task – the plan includes the full content of the lesson and the necessary information.
