Objective
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.As a result of acquisition of the study course a medical resident will obtain knowledge about classification of microorganisms, pathogenicity and virulence factors of microorganisms, laboratory examinations methods and their application opportunities.
Skills
1.As a result of acquisition of the study course a medical resident will be able to apply laboratory examination methods, laboratory examination results of patients and environment samples by performing epidemiological examination of a disease case.
Competences
1.As a result of successful acquisition of the study course a medical resident will develop a competence level of a certified public health physician and will be able to determine the necessary scope of laboratory examinations individually or in the presence of a specialist while performing epidemiological examination of a case of disease.
