About Study Course

Objective

Draw attention to health problems affecting today’s professionals as a result of seated work and physical and psychoemotional overload. Explain the need for physical activity in health prevention. Inform about the physical activity recommendations of the World Health Organisation and the Centre for disease Prevention and control. Teach how physical activity is planned within the week and month according to opportunities, needs and state of health and physical fitness. Learn how to use video classes; provide insights into using AI to get physical activity recommendations. Make recommendations for starting physical activities and continuing them in the long term. Introduce types of different exercise health (fitness) classes and their most significant effects on the human body.
