About Study Course

Objective

Determine the theoretical and theoretical practical knowledge, skills, skills acquired previously in the study programme, based on the amount of theoretical, practical basis acquired. Assignment: 1. Independently from the patient’s medical history, the maps will be able to perform a history, obtain information on the aids applied (if any) that are applied, load limitations (if any), physiotherapy contraindications (if any, medications currently used), complaints, support - movement system examination, evaluation of patient postures (ability to hold posture), evaluation of movement (examination), gait analysis, function investigation (active and passive volume of movement in joints), muscle length and strength tests and special tests applied, length tests, strength tests, palpation, assessment of the functional state of the cardiovascular and respiratory system, assessment of the functional state of the nervous system, assessment of the functional state of visceral organs, assessment of the psychoemotional state of the patient; 2. Determine the functional diagnosis of the patient; 3. Identify short-term physical therapy tasks; 4. Defines long-term physiotherapy tasks, 5. Create a therapy plan – applied physiotherapy technologies, 6. Create a one-day physiotherapy plan (class objectives, physiotherapy technologies applied, therapy). 7. To be able to apply the theoretical and theoretical practical knowledge required in the specialty of the acquired physiotherapist based on the amount of theoretical, practical basis acquired.

Preliminary Knowledge

Students who have fulfilled all the requirements of the professional Bachelor `s study programme “Physiotherapy” for the day of the examination are entitled to take the practical exam of the State qualification.

1. The test time is one astronomical hour working with the patient, up to thirty minutes answering to the National Examination Board. 2. Information technology and communication equipment, as well as other unauthorised techniques, shall not be used during the examination. 3. If the general conditions of the practical national examination have been violated, in accordance with the national examination regulations, the student may repeat the national examination after a year. 4. The test result shall be communicated immediately after the test. 5. Student by patient card or medical history within one astrological hour: 5.1 Discard the patient according to the following diagram: history (including diagnosis of underlying illness (with date of installation), aids (if any) applied, load limitations (if any), physiotherapy contraindications (if any), medication currently used), complaints, support - movement system examination, evaluation of patient postures (ability to hold posture), movement evaluation (examination), gait analysis, function investigation (active and passive volume of movement in joints), muscle length and strength tests and applied special tests, length tests, strength tests, palpation, assessment of the functional state of the cardiovascular and respiratory system, assessment of the functional state of the nervous system, assessment of the functional state of visceral organs, assessment of the psychoemotional state of the patient, 5.2 determines the functional diagnosis of the patient, 5.3. Defines short-term physical therapy tasks, 5.4. Defines long-term physiotherapy tasks, 5.5. Establishes a therapy plan – applied physiotherapy technologies, 5.6 establishes a one-day physiotherapy plan (class objectives, physiotherapy technologies applied, therapy). 6. For the State qualification exam Commission, the candidate shall, without the presence of the patient, provide an analysis of the results of the investigation regarding the given patient by linking the current situation with short - and long-term tasks of physiotherapy, the physiotherapy therapy plan and the planned physiotherapy technologies.

1. The test will be scored in a 10-point system. 2. The evaluation shall take place without the presence of the student. 3. The final assessment of the practical exam shall consist of the average arithmetic from the assessment of the members of the practical exam Commission (in the balls) – each of the criteria shall be graded from 1-10 points respectively – I. examination – 1) patient evaluation sequence, completeness, 2) relevance of the examination to the patient’s disease characteristics, 3) determination of short - and long-term physiotherapy tasks, II. Treatment plan - 1. Interpretation of examinations and drawing up appropriate treatment targets, 2) 2. Conformity of choice of treatment techniques and techniques, 3. Sequence of therapy measures, 4. One-day therapy plan (lesson objectives, physiotherapy technologies applied). 4. The practical test is passed if the assessment is at least 4 points. 5. If the assessment in the practical examination is negative, the student shall not be allowed to take the integrated examination of the State qualification exam and defend the Bachelor’s thesis. 6. Retaking the practical test is a paid-for service, according to a LASE Senate decision.
