About Study Course

Objective

To acquire knowledge about biopsychosocial factors of internal diseases, somatic symptoms and syndromes essential for diagnosing internal diseases for psychotherapists. To improve the anamnesis vitae and anamnesis familiae taking skills, to repeat the knowledge and skills to investigate and interpret somatic symptoms, to assess indications for examinations and evaluate laboratory and instrumental examination results.

1.Repeated knowledge of somatic symptoms, diagnostics and treatment methods.

1.Interpretation of somatic symptoms treated by psychotherapists; ability to make a differential diagnosis of psychosomatic disorders.

1.Example-based knowledge, skills and attitude essential for working at a hospital and for research; understanding of a team-work (work in groups) and its functions.
