About Study Course
Objective
To introduce to management of normal and pathological labor and delivery, management of obstetric emergencies. To teach to manage physiological and pathological labor and delivery, to choose appropriate management for critical situations, to perform acute operations and manipulations.
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.Theoretical knowledge about physiological and pathological labor, delivery and postpartum period. Knowledge about algorithms of management in critical situations. Knowledge about transfusiology.
Skills
1.Skills to choose appropriate management of physiological and pathological labor and delivery, to perform manipulations and operations in obstetrics. Skills to manage pathological postpartum period. Skills to compensate pathological blood loss.
Competences
1.Obtained competence in management of normal and pathological labour and delivery, management of pathological postpartum period. Competence in the replacement of pathological blood loss.
