About Study Course

Objective

To develop and enhance the student's research competencies, ensuring the ability to independently formulate and address scientifically and practically relevant problems by applying theoretical knowledge and empirical data, as well as to substantiate research findings with evidence-based reasoning.

Preliminary Knowledge

Successfully completed bachelor's level study courses in the "Sports Science" program: "Course Paper," "Research Methods in Sports," and "State Examination – Research within the Bachelor's Thesis."

The defense of the bachelor's thesis takes place before a competent committee corresponding to each qualification, regulated by the RSU regulations on the development and defense of qualification work, student research work, bachelor's thesis, and master's thesis, as well as the methodological guidelines of the "Sports Science" program regarding the development of course papers, thesis, and bachelor's thesis.
