About Study Course

Objective

Will orient yourself in the basics, methods, terminology of functional classes and will be able to apply it in various training processes.

Preliminary Knowledge

Anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology, sports theory.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.1. Will navigate the terminology of functional exercises, determine the functional importance of exercises depending on the type and specifics of the class or target group. 2. Will be able to apply English terminology to functional exercise descriptions and will be able to name the muscle groups involved in English.

Prepare the study material in video format with the correct technical performance of 5 exercises (drawing order - image), formulating the terminological name of the exercise, naming checkpoints, functional utility.

  1. Analyse and evaluate the skills of group students in a free form (video material analysis) by making the necessary corrections, offering recommendations and providing comments.
  2. Perform self analysis on the performance of independent work (video material).
