The duration of the State Placement in a pharmacy is 26 weeks (for part time students – 22 weeks), 36 academic hours or 27 astronomic hours per week must be worked (5 hours a day, 5 days a week, 2 hours a week for the placement report). In accordance with the requirements of the program of each placement section, the student must perform tasks during the placement under the supervision of the placement supervisor in a pharmacy. A placement report must be written for each section according to the requirements of the section program. The placement report together with the placement schedule must be submitted to the placement section supervisor at the university, the report must be uploaded in the turnitin system.
If due to justifiable reasons any of the sections of the placement or a part of it is not worked in the planned time, then together with the placement supervisors (in a pharmacy and university) an individual plan for processing absences is created, if the absences exceed 1 month, they are entitled to academic leave. If the placement is unjustifiably delayed for more than 2 weeks, the deduction for non-attendance is made and the internship can only be worked in the next year.
