About Study Course
Objective
To provide theoretical knowledge and the acquisition and improvement of practical skills in invasive and non-invasive radiology, in accordance with the requirements of the regulations of the specialty of vascular surgery, in order to prepare the doctor for certification in the specialty of vascular surgeon.
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.- Indications and contraindications for all radiological diagnostic methods and screening in angiosurgery, - Indications and contraindications for endovasal angioplasty, - Choice of stent prosthesis implantation - advantages, limitations, results, - Modern diagnosis and treatment principles of malformations.
Skills
1.- Assess ankle/upper arm index (P/A I), segmental regional pressure indicators before, after surgery, - Evaluate US in case of leg vein disease, - Perform arteriography.
Competences
1.- Freely oriented endovasal, subintimal angioplasty options for critical leg ischemia, - Choose treatment methods for thoracic aorta rupture and dissection, - Endovascular treatment methods for bleeding, arterial injury and aneurysm,
