About Study Course

Objective

The aim of the course is to provide knowledge and understanding of the implementation of digital transformation in the healthcare.

Preliminary Knowledge

Basic knowledge of digital health tools.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.- Familiarize yourself with current health care implementation concepts and their implementation tools. - To understand the need and rationale for implementing digital transformation in the field of health. - Understand and describe the purpose, main steps and tasks of the change management process. - Know the Digital Healthcare Innovation Development Model (CIMIT).

Skills

1.- Determine change management goals based on current health care conceptual models. - Describe and analyze the processes, tasks and events related to the implementation of digital transformation in the field of health. - Recognize and characterize the significant challenges and obstacles to the implementation of digital transformation. - Apply the Digital Healthcare Innovation Development Model (CIMIT). - Develop a change management and implementation strategy.

- Studying the materials posted in e-studies (video lectures, articles, publications, databases), self-test tasks. - Development of independent work: development of a detailed change implementation strategy for a solution to a health problem by introducing or changing a digital health tool or technology. In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal.

Individually or in a small group (up to 3 people), develop a solution to a specific problem in the health field - by performing digital transformation and implementing a digital health tool or technology, as well as develop a detailed strategy for implementing changes. Both, presentation and submitted document are evaluated.

10 points

Passed successfully (at least 8 correct answers out of 20 questions): final test.
