About Study Course

Objective

Support students’ knowledge of theoretical basics of management psychology. Provide insight into the practical application of theoretical knowledge in business in the sports environment. Promote students’ in-depth understanding of the psychological aspects of personnel management and the establishment of an effective work team in order to facilitate the development of an integrative sports specialist.

Preliminary Knowledge

The 1st level of higher education or an academic Bachelor’s degree in sports science has been obtained, or study courses in Social and Communication Psychology, Management Theory have been mastered.

Knowledge

1.Will be able to analyse the conduct of the management process and leadership theories in psychology.
