About Study Course

Objective

To strengthen the interest in the profession - manager in the field of sports and to evaluate one's abilities and qualities for the manager's professional activity.

1.Knows: 1. The legal basis for the establishment and operation of the sports organization; 2. Goals and tasks of the sports organization; 3. The structure of the management system of the sports organization; 4. Sports organization's main activities, services in the field of sports; 5. The main functions and methods of the sports manager.

1.Will be able to evaluate his abilities and qualities for the professional activity of the manager.

Get acquainted with the goals and tasks of the sports organization. 3. To study the management system of the sports organization, the main decision-making bodies, their competence. 4. Familiarize yourself with the activities of the sports organization, sports services. 5. To observe sports managers of different levels in action. 6. To participate in the work of a sports organization according to one's knowledge and competence.

Establish a theoretical model (image) of the organisation’s management system in accordance with the articles of association or by-law of the organisation. Describe the competency of system elements.
