Knowledge
1.As a result of the study course acquisition students gain knowledge on organization culture, team creation and development, will gain an insight into leadership theories.
Skills
1.Students will be able to identify the basic principles of organization, characterise the processes of authority and leadership in organizations, will be able to identify stressful relationships and behaviour in the work place.
Competences
1.After completing the course students will be able to identify psychological processes in organization and evaluate their influence on employees.

Students participate in seminar and using theoretical knowledge discuss the chosen topic;
Students prepare and present a research on organization psychology: based on theoretical material, students analyse and search for solutions on current issue in particular organization’s life.

Active participation in classes – 10%; presentations of independent research – students prepare and present a study analysis on organization psychology (50%), at the end of the semester – examination (40%).
At the end of the course students have to fill in the course evaluation surveys.
