Knowledge
1.On completion of the course, students will acquire a basic knowledge of strength training equipment, cardio training equipment and gymnastics terminology, will know the names of the equipment, the possibilities of adjusting the equipment and the technique and terminology of the exercise equipment.
Skills
1.Student will be able to use strength and cardio trainers and free weights, adjust the trainers according to the client's height, show the correct exercise technique and name the exercises in the correct terminology.
Competences
1.Students will be able to use cardio, strength, weight and dumbbells in fitness classes, adjust the trainers according to the client's height, demonstrate exercise technique and use the correct terminology.

Independently acquires various course topics and exercise terminology according to the literature sources indicated by the lecturer. Acquisition of terminological descriptions of exercises according to the indicated literature. Improves the technique of performing exercises in independent classes in the gym, using various exercise machines, free weights and dumbbells.

|
All study and training tasks must be completed and all lesson forms must be completed accurately (must be submitted after the last lesson)
2. Must be able to name HUR trainers and the exercises to be performed on them in the correct terminology, to name the muscle groups loaded in the respective trainer, to show the possibilities of adjusting the trainer according to the client's height and to show the exercises
3. Be able to name Technogym trainers and the exercises to be performed on them in the correct terminology, name the muscle groups loaded in the respective trainer, show the possibilities of adjusting the trainer according to the client's height and show the exercises
4. Be able to show exercises using free weights and dumbbells according to the terminological description. Terminological descriptions of the exercises are given above
5. One theoretical question must be answered.
If the grade in any of the sections of the exam is lower than 4 points, then the exam must be repeated. In order to pass the exam and receive a successful grade in the exam, you must have a successful grade in all sections of the exam.

Students' participation in practical classes (20%), ability to adjust trainers according to height, demonstrate exercise techniques and tell about the specifics of exercises, busy muscle groups (40%), ability to demonstrate exercises with free weights and dumbbells, tell about exercises muscle groups, their load depending on different body conditions (20%), theoretical questions (20%).
