About Study Course

Objective

Promote the acquisition of knowledge in project management for the successful achievement of the company's operational and strategic goals. Promote the acquisition of skills in project management, based on "Prince2" and "Agile" methodologies, as well as the good practice of international companies in the application of these methods, in order to develop and implement new products, services or other solutions, according to the needs and requirements of customers, companies.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.During the course, students will gain a basic understanding of Prince2 and Agile project management methodologies, which will allow them to successfully manage or participate in project development and implementation in companies in various industries.

Skills

1.After the completion of the course, students will be able to develop proposals for starting a project, define requirements for new product development, develop a project plan and delegate tasks to project team members, successfully manage product development and implementation processes.

Competences

1.Students will acquire knowledge on developing project proposals, evaluating multiple solution alternatives, organising the project, defining project participants’ responsibilities, developing a project plan, monitoring results, evaluating and managing project risks, and managing the working group.
