1.Knowledge of communication psychology to form relationships with colleagues, patients and society in Latvia, other countries and cultures.
Skills
1.To learn how to successfully take part in and form work collectives and present themselves as educated, competent, knowledgeable, skillful doctor in Latvia and foreign countries.

1.To know rules of communication psychology to successfully join any society. To know how to collaborate with all colleagues in dental practice and academic environment. To be able to solve conflicts.

Definition of communication culture. Overall aspects of communication psychology and their significance for successful work in dentistry.

Analysis of first lecture and some general tests.

The role of a personality in communication. Temperament, character. Psychology tests and their usage in communication.

Psychology tests and their analysis.

Communication psychology in collectives (work, society, family).

Role plays and analysis.

Communication psychology aspects when forming relationships with patients. Keys to successful collaboration.

The role of first impression, conversation, verbal and nonverbal communication.

Communication psychology in relationships with colleagues and society, and ethical norms.

Learning to perform publicly, talk, listen, interview.

Conflicts, their forming, methods of solving and their usage in dental praxis.

Conflict tests, analysis, solving praxis.

Communication with colleagues and other people all around the world. The meaning of diversity of culture, education, origin, parenting in the communication.
