About Study Course
Objective
Develop communicative skills and skills for the use of medical terminology in English for study purposes and work in the speciality in future and promote the acquisition of medical terminology in English and its practical use.
Acquire knowledge and skills to read, write, create, explain, recognise, classify correctly, and use anatomical and clinical terms; knowledge of the integrated language in the acquisition, training and scientific work of other study courses; use acquired knowledge in professional activities.
Preliminary Knowledge
General English knowledge and skills at secondary school programme level and passed CE in English. Passed CE in Latvian.
