About Study Course
Objective
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of EEG and its investigation methods and analysis of the obtained data, indications of performing EEG for the diagnosis of nervous system diseases.
Skills
1.Uses the results of EEG and its diagnostic methods in solving neurological problems, is able to independently interpret EEG data for diagnosis of diseases and damage of the nervous system and assessment of state dynamics. The skills to be acquired can be realized both in study course I and II, reaching the total number (the number indicated applies to both years combined).
Competences
1.Formulates the choice of EEG diagnostic methods for the diagnosis of nervous system diseases and damage syndromes, critically analyses and interprets the results of examination methods, integrates the knowledge acquired in the neuroinstrumental diagnostic study course in the development and expansion of the neurologist’s speciality competence.

Theoretical and practical knowledge is tested by a written test answering theoretical questions. The test is passed if the medical practitioner to be certified answers at least 75% of the questions correctly. Defended research paper. The number of practical manipulations performed in full during the course.
