About Study Course
Objective
The aim of the course is to provide students with methodological and academic support in developing creative work by developing the skills and competences necessary to autonomously develop a high-level creative project in multimedia communication, photography or journalism.
Preliminary Knowledge
Basic knowledge of communication science, creation of media content.
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.Students shall be thoroughly familiar with the theoretical guidelines, principles, structure and practical working methods of the information and communication sciences sector necessary for the implementation of projects in photographic and multimedia technologies. Thorough knowledge of the history, theories and current problems of the information and communication sciences sector, including critical understanding of theories and principles.
Defending creative work
Skills
1.Students are able to independently select and implement a topical and innovative creative project theme in the information and communication sciences sector. Is able to select and apply technologies and technical solutions relevant to the information and communication sciences sector for masterful and innovative implementation of creative projects in photography and multimedia. Demonstrate the high-level skills needed to address complex and unpredictable challenges in the information and communication sciences sector.
Competences
1.According to the specificities of the information communication sciences sector, students are able to independently acquire, select and analyse information and use it to perform creative activities. Able to manage complex creative projects and take responsibility for decision-making in unpredictable working or training conditions, as well as take responsibility for managing the professional development of individuals or groups. Is able to take responsibility for the environmental and societal impact of his professional activities and understands the professional ethics of the information and communication sciences sector.

|
Study course examination - exam. In order to receive a final assessment, all homework is required and must be presented during seminars or consultations. The creative work to be submitted to the course shall consist of a job description and a creative project (Photo series, short film, audio and/or video interview series, broadcast recording, multimedia stories). As an exam work may not be submitted: 1)conceptually and technologically inappropriately implemented projects, 2) works that preceded the beginning of the study course, 3) projects created by others, 4t) uncompleted sketches/concepts. |
