About Study Course

Objective

To introduce students with evidence - based information and topicalities of nutrition science in the area of health – enhancing physical activity and sports. To develop understanding of methods of information acquisition and processing and their analytical evaluation.

Preliminary Knowledge

Knowledge of the human anatomy and physiology, basics of nutrition.

1.Ability to show the basic knowledge characteristic to the most important concepts of the sports nutrition science.

Skills

1.Skills to define and describe information, problems and solutions analytically in the field of sports nutrition and to debate.
