About Study Course

Objective

To ensure acquisition and improvement of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in surgery, in accordance with the requirements of the specialty of clinical microbiologist.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.To acquire knowledge in the interrelationship of clinical microbiology and the field of surgery. To describe the examination of patients with surgically treatable diseases, to define the diagnosis of diseases, incl. application of bacteriological diseases.

Skills

1.To provide a reasoned explanation of the most appropriate method of examination in case of surgical diseases.

Competences

1.To interpret and deal with various clinical cases, their diagnosis, aetiopathogenesis, define treatment principles.
