Knowledge
1.A certain amount of information on practical communication (emphasising the professional behaviour of a lawyer), basic issues of communication and terminology is gained; understanding of the structure and building of a communication act is acquired; the role of correct behaviour and conduct in each certain situation of professional activity is understood.
Skills
1.Analyse and understand own behaviour and what the communication partner has said and done; work with information sources; deal with different communication situations, including disputes and conflicts; prepare for unexpected conversations with various people; be able to persuade the communication partner and predict their behaviour. Master the skill of practical communication; analyse own and other people performance, observing legal provisions. Plan and organise, evaluate and improve their own and other people activities. Able to work with others. Able to find creative solutions to professional problems on the basis of an analytical approach.
Competences
1.Professional competence, relevant knowledge; professional, individual and social experience and understanding of practical communication matters. The development of study competence is based on the knowledge acquired in psychology and other study courses. In developing the content of the study course, it is taken into account that the study course is of interest to students if it is relevant and related to everyday life and professional activity. Able to obtain, select and analyse information independently and use it.

The final slides of the topic presentations (presentations in e-studies) contain questions and tasks that students do independently.
In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal.

• active participation in classes;
• completion of home assignments;
• an examination: a written test;
• lecture attendance is mandatory;
• attendance of seminars is mandatory;
• the student is not allowed to sit the examination, if the homework has not been submitted (within the specified time and in the prescribed quality), and the work provided for in the seminars has not been completed;
• 25% of total assessment consists of participation in lectures and seminars, 25% of the total assessment consists of home assignments, 50% – a passed written examination.
