Knowledge
1.Students describe the principles of the legal framework of professional activities.
2.Students explain the professional activity regulating documentation (including the requirements of labour and occupational safety, fire safety, personal data protection, regulatory acts and the principles of private life; the basic principles of professional and general ethics).
3.Describe ethical dilemmas in the professional activity of a psychologist.
Skills
1.Apply knowledge to analyse the Code of Ethics and legal norms and to solve ethical issues in the professional work of psychologists, apply the steps for solving ethical dilemmas.
2.Students demonstrate the limits of their professional competence.
3.Students explain their own and other professions' professional activities, goals and tasks, opportunities and limitations.
Competences
1.Students comply with the regulation of the professional activity and the Code of Ethics to organise their practical work and to handle the existent situations within the practice. They adhere to the Code of Ethics for Psychologists and regulatory documents regulating the field of psychology.

The exam is planned in person during the session and consists of two parts. part 1 (60 min): analysis of the ethical dilemma (40% of the final assessment) This part will offer you a description of a specific ethical dilemma. Your task will be to analyse the situation and provide answers based on the study course materials and ethical principles. This part is designed to assess your ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practice. part 2 (30 mins): theoretical knowledge test (60% of final assessment) This part is a closed type test that includes questions about topics learned during the course. The questions will focus on examining theoretical knowledge. The final score the final score will be cumulative and will be constructed by adding up the points scored in parts 1 and 2. The maximum score for an entire exam is 100 points. The overall score will be recalculated according to the 10-point scoring system. |
