About Study Course

Objective

Interdisciplinary (sports theory, pedagogy, anatomy, biomechanics) learning the basics of athletics discipline and exercise technique. Learn the basics of judging the rules of athletics competitions. Learn the basics of athletics terminology in English.

Preliminary Knowledge

Basic athletics exercise skills. Basic knowledge of physical characteristics and methodology for teaching movement.
