Grade
1.

Training-training lesson

12.50% from total grade
10 points

Based on the class material, two training plans should be developed - training lesson plans (general physical training for a class and a class on water) for a particular age group and fitness.

Design according to the form – target, tasks, required inventory, varied exercises and methods are presented, dosage and rest pauses are indicated, instructions for carrying out tasks.

2.

Testing of general and special preparedness

12.50% from total grade
10 points

Control exercises for general (three) and special fitness (three) testing should be selected for athletes of a specific age and fitness in sport. Indication - to establish and describe general and special preparedness tests for the appropriate training training group of students, perform testing, determine, evaluate, analyse the performance of students and prepare a description of the results, interpret the selected test and the obtained data with literature sources (sources 2-3 lit.). The consistency and justification of the selected tests with the training group is assessed. Testing and description of the data obtained: self-testing, mathematical-statistical processing of data. An analytical, evaluative description has been prepared and the results obtained have been interpreted with data from literature sources, a personal opinion has been expressed.

3.

Technical analysis

12.50% from total grade
10 points

When self-assembling video material, the footage captured by the video podcast program should be divided into motion phases. Comment

on and justify technical performance, point to aspects and weaknesses of rational movement execution, their analysis based on biomechanics, anatomy, general and sports pedagogy. To propose concrete solutions to correct weaknesses, to indicate the causes of their occurrence.

4.

Teaching of techniques

12.50% from total grade
10 points

On the basis of the personal opinion of the seminar material, the assessment and proposals regarding the teaching of techniques shall be based on: period of teaching (winter, summer); age and preparedness of the contingent; choice of means and methods; more inherent weaknesses and their correction; choice and preparation of the classroom, interpretation of topics with literature source (at least 3 sources) material.

5.

Planning the workout process

10 points

Prepare a plan of one mezzocycle of the training (in the draw of mezzocycles) for selected students of the training training group, describe the objectives, tasks of the training period and the particular mezzocycle, justify the use of the means, methods and the amount and intensity of the loads corresponding to the mezzocycle.

Indication - the plan has been prepared in accordance with the requirements, transparent and informative, including all components characterising the mezzocycle and is appropriate for the age of the students. Description a comprehensive, justified objective for each week (micro-cyclical) use of means and methods.

6.

Arranging and conducting of training sessions

12.50% from total grade
