About Study Course

Objective

To provide an opportunity to combine the acquired theoretical knowledge, skills and abilities of sports organization management and marketing with practical activities, strengthening, supplementing and deepening them.

1.1. To develop a theoretical model of the structure of the sports organization's management system; 2. To evaluate the compliance of the personnel to the achievement of the organization's goals; 3. The internship is evaluated by the LSPA internship manager on a 10-point scale. In order to receive a positive evaluation for the study course, the overall evaluation must correspond to at least 4 points. 10 points are awarded if the completed tasks exceed those specified in the Program. The student receives an evaluation in points by summing up the set number of points, evaluating knowledge, skills and competences in the execution of program tasks, attitude and dynamics of individual development.

Obtain, summarize and analyze information on the number of personnel, gender, age, education of sports specialists in the organization. 4. Organization's marketing process: Using literature sources (at least 2), explain what marketing is. 5. Organization of sports events: Using legal acts, describe what a sports competition is, what a sports competition organizer should know and do. List what competitions were organized or managed, give an assessment of your work in organizing competitions in general. 4

6. Self-assessment of the performance of placement assignments. List the main duties and tasks that were entrusted during the placement period. Evaluate how they were implemented. Evaluate the knowledge, skills and abilities acquired or improved in accordance with the syllabus. Make suggestions for improving the placement. 2
