Case analysis Students independently analyse a case that contains several interrelated legal issues. As part of the analysis, students identify the relevant facts, determine the applicable legal framework, assess possible restrictions on fundamental rights, and argue a legally justified solution, presenting their conclusions in a structured written form. The aim of the solution is to apply and interpret the provisions of the Constitution and general principles of law.

Tests   Multiple choice test. Verifies the students' theoretical knowledge of the hierarchy of legal sources, legal methodology and the ability to navigate in scientific literature (legal doctrine).
3. Examination	40.00% from total grade	10 points
Examination       The oral examination is structured as a professional legal discussion, which includes analytical questions and case assignments (cases). During the examination, students demonstrate the ability to independently analyse complex legal situations and apply the acquired legal norms and general principles of law. The examination provides 15-20 minutes for preparation, 10-15 minutes for the answer and discussion with the commission/lecturer. The examination is recorded in audio, which is deleted after the appeal period.
