About Study Course

Objective

To create students' understanding of human resource management in business, as well as to develop competencies in human resource management.

Preliminary Knowledge

Microeconomics, Macroeconomics.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.Basic knowledge of human resource management in business - will be able to apply an understanding of the role and goals of human resource management in achieving business goals.

Skills

1.Ability to navigate the role and goals of human resource management. The ability to analyze the necessary literature and other sources in human resource management issues, which will be necessary in the future professional activity.

Competences

1.Critical information analysis - the ability to independently obtain, select and analyze information. Ability to present. Understanding of human resource management processes.

Analysis of literature, development of a summary, completion of homework, group work and preparation of presentations, preparation of report. In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal.
