About Study Course
Objective
To provide the medical residents of the specialty in dermatology, venereology with training in diagnosing and treating of skin manifestations of gynaecological diseases, in developing ability to diagnose acute conditions in gynaecology and in establishing differential diagnosis of dermatovenereological and gynaecological diseases.
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.Demonstrates the acquisition and development of in-depth understanding for the following topics: 1. Urinary tract and genital injuries. 2. Amenoerrhoea. 3. Chronic anovulatory disorders. 4. Vulvovaginitis. 5. Salpingitis. 6. Endometriosis. 7. Premenstrual syndrome. 8. Primary and secondary dysmenorrhoea. 9. Gynaecologic tumours. 10. Contraception.
Skills
1.Gynaecological examination of a patient. Analysis of the results of radiological and ultrasonoscopic examination. Evaluation of the results of laboratory examinations.
Competences
1.After obtaining the certificate to be competent in working as a dermatologist and venereologist, to apply the knowledge acquired during the study process, to recognize and differentiate the skin and sexually transmitted diseases from other pathologies.
